Conversion of garden shed to salon and small extension
Remove roof and old roof joists and replace with new stronger joists reposition door any extra decking area and extend roof over.
Fit breathable felt to exterior of timber frame and re-clad with feather edge boards.
Install electrics Insulate walls and roof with Kingspan insulation boards and plaster board ready for plastering.
Plaster and second fix to finish.
Make up and fit hand rail and spindles
